The position:

Mobileye China R&D Center is looking for a highly motivated Algorithm Engineer. As an Algorithm Engineer, you will be working on the REM solution, which is a unique ADAS/ autonomous driving technology innovated by Mobileye.

The REM solution, developed based on large amount of road and driving experience data as well as AI technology, is a crowdsourced and continuously updated map which digitizes precisely what autonomous driving vehicles need. It is an efficient tool to realize safe and economic advanced assisted driving and autonomous driving.

What will your job look like:

• Understand autonomous driving and REM algorithms, develop and debug autonomous driving algorithms, including clustering, classification, alignment, stitching, localization, and machine learning algorithm, etc.
• ecognize algorithmic issues and articulate problems using technical language.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code. Develop probes to automatically detect algorithm issues.
• Analyze the performance of algorithms and keep continuous improvement.

All you need is:

• M.S. or PhD. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Solid background in computational geometry, experience in designing machine learning algorithms.
• Extensive Python programming experience and ability to tackle real-world problems, using PySpark for data processing is plus.
• Highly motivated self-starter and self-learner proficient in a full stack of technologies
• Effective communication and logical thinking abilities.
• Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Demonstrates accountability and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Good oral/written communication in Mandarin and English.

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager/ Technical Business Development representative to join our excellent China Business Development team.

Our ideal candidate has automotive business background, customer-facing experience, negotiation skills and project management skills. This is an exciting opportunity to take part in the ADAS and Automated Driving revolution.

You will become part of a winning team that have been working on the most advanced projects in the world, including Mobileye SuperVison and Mobileye’s first Chauffer (CAV).

What will your job look like?

• You will act as Mobileye’s representative for multiple OEMs and Tier 1s in China [BYD / GAC].
• Utilize existing contact and further build and develop strong relationships with customers as well as intra departmental contacts.
• Promote Mobileye solutions to C-OEMs and Tier 1s.
• Acquire information on ADAS opportunities.
• Manage the commercial part of ADAS RFQs and tenders.
• Negotiate contracts, settlements and agreements with Tier 1s and OEMs.
• Establish intermediary technical and commercial communication between the OEM/Tier1 and Mobileye's headquarters.
• Demonstrate "ownership" of account by responding to client requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor and analyze account performance, reporting trends or escalations to Mobileye China management.
• Make recommendations for process improvements based on client feedback and business needs.
• Communicate verbally as well as by email to execute responsibilities.
• Set meetings with OEMs executives and ME’s executives.

All you need is

• 7 years' experience in business roles in the automotive industry, preferable in ADAS related field.
• Strong connections in BYD / GAC.
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarly with automotive related contracts.
• BA/ BSc. from a leading university (MSc. / MBA is an advantage).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Fluent Chinese (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel within China.
• Previous experience of working with Mobileye - an advantage.
• Strong Business and technical orientation.
